About Us
Junior Harmony founded by Rebecca Hitchcock in September 2022

🎶✨ A children's music group. Within this group, every child finds a space to shine with joy.

It is fine for children to sing or play an instrument in the event that they wish to do so.

Since I do not have many instruments and this group is not funded by the government, the children may need to bring their own instruments, and we will play together as a single BIG music group.

In Junior Harmony, the singing is taught by ear, typically in a call-and-response format. The lyrics for the songs are written down, as are the notes for the instruments. On keyboards, I use colours to indicate which key to press for beginners.

We plan to have "Show & Tell" performances by the end of each term.

We are more than a just a choir 🌟🎤

Your child's safety is our commitment.
At Junior Harmony, we deeply understand that the safety and well-being of your children are paramount. That’s why I am proud to be fully DBS checked, providing you with the assurance that your kids are in safe hands while participating in our programs and activities.

With a commitment to maintaining a secure and nurturing environment, I take every precaution to ensure that your children can explore, learn, and grow without any concerns.

My extensive background checks reflect my dedication to safeguarding your child’s experience, allowing you to focus on their enjoyment and development.

As a qualified professional, I prioritise creating an atmosphere where children feel comfortable, supported, and encouraged to express themselves.

You can trust that your child will be supervised with care and attention, allowing them to thrive in a safe and engaging setting.

At Junior Harmony, we believe that every child deserves to have fun while feeling secure. Your child's safety is not just a priority; it's our commitment.

Thank you for trusting us with your child's experience!

I hold a current D.B.S Form with Music Union

We had a lot of fun during the Christmas 2024 term. We learned: When Christmas comes to town from The Polar Express and performed at a Church Christmas Fair.

Watch the video below.

For a bit of fun, we learned the song "Iko Iko", which involves movement while singing. We also learned how to play Jingle Bells on keyboards and recorders.

Spring term 2025

As part of our Spring show at the end of term, we will be performing songs from Monster High 2 & Matilda. We will be singing, playing keyboards, as well as acting for our show.

Fill in the form below before your first session with us. On your first day, you are welcomed by Rebecca. See you soon!

Before coming along to the choir/ music group, we do ask parents / legal Guardians to complete this form…
