BOOKING ON MY SINGING WEEKENDS :

All singing weekends run by me require a £50 deposit per person to confirm a place. The balance must be paid by one month before the weekend course. If booking within one month of the course date, then full payment is required. Some early bird offers may require you to pay the balance more than one month 

IF YOU NEED TO  CANCEL

All bookings are transferable – i.e. you are welcome to find someone to fill your place without any additional cost as long as they are prepared to participate in the event in the same way as other singers. You are also expected to pass on any emails and learning materials sent in advance. 

The accommodation type chosen must also be the same, although it might be possible to change to more expensive accommodation (if available) at a small extra cost.

If you cancel and  give THREE months’ notice or more ;I will refund all that you have paid, including your deposit. If you give less than THREE months notice, but more than ONE month I will keep your deposit but refund the remainder to you. 

If you cancel less than ONE month before the weekend, I reserve the right to keep the full amount. Cancellation in special or sensitive circumstances will be considered at my discretion. I strongly suggest you take out your own insurance in case you have to cancel through illness or other unforeseen circumstances. If I need to cancel a weekend for any reason, I will try to give you as much notice as possible. I will refund all that you have paid, including the deposit. 


SINGING DAYS AND OTHER SHORTER WORKSHOPS

If you book on a singing day or half day or other shorter singing workshop, payment can be made right up to the start of the workshop if there are still places available. Deposit is often required. 

IF I NEED TO CANCEL A WORKSHOP:

If I need to cancel a workshop for any reason, I will try and give you as much notice as possible. I will ask you if you wish to have a full refund or to transfer your booking to the following workshop.
